Born and raised in Maryland, Jay is a true Marylander at heart. He and his family are proud Frederick County residents, and when he’s not working, you’ll usually find him spending time with his English Bulldog or traveling. With 20+ years of real estate experience, Jay has built a career around helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed moves. Jay is a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from McDaniel College (then Western Maryland College) in 1998. After several years climbing the corporate ladder, he realized he was better suited as an entrepreneur, then found his calling in real estate and never looked back. Within a year of becoming a Realtor, Jay began building Jay Day And The Day Home Team, LLC, assembling agents and staff to serve clients at a high level. He quickly ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in North America and leads a highly successful team known for deep local knowledge and strong results for both buyers and sellers.
